Kiddie Park

On the 23rd of Dec, we went to a place called Kiddie Park. It has vintage rides that are aimed toward very young children. They had a great time and we had to bribe them to leave with cotton candy after being there for 4 1/2 hours! Jake and I were ready to go, but Maddie, Jacob and Caden were just getting started!

Jacob and Caden loved the boats!!! Until they got kicked off for playing in the water!

Caden got a little scared his first time on this ride because it was very fast. He recovered and had a great time on it the rest of the day, it just caught him off gaurd at first.

We packed a picnic lunch to eat there.

This was Maddie's favorite ride...fast and high!

Christmas at Sea World

On the 21st of Dec we headed to Sea World to do some of their Christmas activities. The kids had a blast watching the "Elmo" show and the Polar Express in 4D. We also walked through the Christmas Market and met many of the Sea World characters all dressed in their Holiday outfits. Jacob was terrified of all of the characters, but Maddie and Caden loved them. We had a great time and they have been asking to go back ever since.

After we got home from the hospital with little Levi, we had a lot of stuff to do to get ready for Christmas...most importantly, getting our tree up and decorated. This year Jake and I put it up, but left the decorating to the kids. They had a great time and did a really nice job!

While I folded some laundry, Maddie and Jake we acting out the Christmas story. Maddie was Mary, Jake was Joseph and the doll (not Levi) was baby Jesus. Maddie was upset that I wouldn't let her use Levi, but I didn't think it was a good idea considering he was three days old!

About a week after we had Levi, Jake's family came out to visit, meet the baby, and celebrate Christmas a little early with us. Jake's parents and brother came out and we had a wonderful time relaxing and playing. The kids sure love having them around and they we a great amount of help to me.
