We spent Thanksgiving at the Kitson's house this year. We had a wonderful time seeing family and relaxing. The food was wonderful and we all ate way too much. Maddie and Jacob loved being surrounded by good food all weekend. Not to mention all the treats that Grandma and Papa had stored for them. Maddie also had a great time playing with her cousins.

November Pics
Here are some pictures from November. We have gone to the park many times, took a trip to Birmingham to visit friends, and of course have played in our house...and made it as messy as possible. Jacob is 14 months in these pictures and Maddie has just turned 3 years old. They are great buddies are are fun to watch.

Jacob's Big Boy Haircut
So, we got Jacob's hair chopped today. I never intended for it to be as short as it now is, but there is nothing I can do about it. It looks cute, but I miss his little curls and long shaggy look. He needed it cut very badly...he just looks so much like a little boy now. Here are some before and after pics.

Maddie's Birthday In Chattanooga
We took Maddie to Chattanooga, Tn to celebrate her third birthday. We met up with her Papa, Grandma, and Uncle Jamie to have a great weekend away. We went to the aquarium and to an IMAX movie on Saturday and then spent Sunday at the Children's Discovery Museum. Maddie loved it all, but her favorite was the museum. It was all hands on and was one of the neatest children's things I have ever been to. Her favorite part of the aquarium was the butterfly room...holding them and not killing them was a huge challenge for her. She loved every part of the Children's museum, but spent the most time at the dinosaur exhibit and in the play kitchen where she did laundry, made hot soup, and some strawberry shortcake. She had the most wonderful time.
