Uncle Jamie's Visit

Jake's brother Jamie came to visit us for Maddie's birthday. We had a great visit and it was so nice to have some family here for her big day. These are some pics of Madison with Jamie.

Boo At The Zoo

We took Maddie to Boo at the Zoo to do a little trick or treating and to see some animals. The Cheyenne Mountain Zoo decorates the zoo really well with lots of lights and decorations and had a lot of people dressed up giving out candy to the kids. Maddie was a little black cat and she especially enjoyed the Giraffes. Most of the other animals were sleeping. It was a good time and she loved it of course.

Birthday Party

We had Maddie's first birthday party at Focus On The Family. We had cake and opened gifts in a small room and then went and played on the park for a little while. She was pretty worn out after all the excitement and didn't make it for long on the park. It was a lot of fun though and she really enjoyed it.

Halloween Party

We had a halloween party with all of the residents in Jake's program. We had Maddie dressed in her costume and they made a little cupcake for her to destroy. We sang her happy birthday and she loved it!

The Pumpkin Patch

Maddie and I took a trip to the pumpkin patch to get some pumkins to carve for halloween. Maddie loved walking all around the patch and pounding on all the different pumpkins.

Our First Snow

We had our first snow on the 17th of October. It snowed all day and we got about 3 inches or so. Maddies loves to look at it...but she doesn't like how cold it is. This is our house from the front and also a pic from our backyard.

She Is Our Little Princess

Bath Time

She loves her baths...Jake makes them very fun for her. She would stay in their all day if we let her.

FEARLESS

She is definitely our little daredevil! Jake and I were across the room and weren't paying attention to her for about 30 seconds so she decided it would be neat to climb on top of her little play table. She has gotten taller so she is able to climb on stuff now and there is no stopping her. I had to sprint over to her to make sure she didn't fall and get hurt. We moved the table away from the rest of her toys so that she wouldn't do it again...but she found it and was persistent. She makes us laugh, she is a nut. She also loves climbing in her toy box now too. She tips it over on purpose, guess she thinks its fun.

Jake Praciting For The Annual Dance-Off

Jake is practicing his moves for the annual Christmas dance-off with Lora. He is getting pumped for the competition and teaching his cool moves to our little girl.

Maddie At 11 1/2 Months

She is getting big quick and is still so beautiful.
