Splash Park

This evening we took the kids to a splash park because it was so hot outside. They all had so much fun and Caden loved the water just as much as Maddie and Jacob.

The kiddos had a blast playing in the backyard with the sprinkler today. It was 93 degrees and it is only May!!

Our Muscular Little Girl

Maddie has quite a muscular build on her for a four year old. I took this pic today because she has gotten a little taller and is finally able to reach onto a shelf where she knows she is not supposed to be. She thought she was being sneaky seeing what was up there. All I could think of when I saw this picture was, "check out those legs!!!"

Turkey Hunting

So, I know this blog is typically used just for our kiddos, but Jake was so excited about his turkey that he asked if I would post it. He got to go turkey hunting with a friend from here that has access to some beautiful land. He had a wonderful time and got his first turkey. Here are a couple pictures and we are waiting on the taxodermist (I have no idea if I spelled that right) to return it to us. Jake is very proud of his beautiful bird.

We took the kids to grill out at YMCA which is on a lot of land and has some great nature trails. They loved hiking and climbing in the trees.

Feeding The Animals At Fort Sam Houston

Maddie, Jacob, and Caden got to feed some ducks and deer at Ft. Sam today. They had a great time and the deer loved Jacob...they wouldn't leave him alone. Maddie just ran around and chased the ducks and geese. Caden sat in the stroller and watched everything in amazement.

Children's Museum

Here are a few pictures taken at the Children's Museum in San Antonio. Grandpa got a family pass for us for Christmas and it will be put to good use. We all had a blast, especially Jake (yes, my husband).
